Kalathas Beach:

There was an unexpected change in the weather today. All forecasts for Chania previously pointed to 'stay inside.' Today was anything but that. It was warm, sunny and inviting. The Cretan weather cycle officially snorted in it's sleep today and brought us some beautiful sunshine.

That being said, I broke out my happily hibernating camera and filmed these clips for you.

Pamela walks towards the sea : there is a little island in the water near Kalathas beach. It's far enough so that you feel as though you've accomplished something once you've gotten there, but close enough so that you don't exhaust yourself getting there.
